Experienced in writing qualitative research in the fields of psychology, humanities, and social sciences.

During my HR OJT, I was also tasked to take calls and answer queries of the employees addressed to the HR office. As a student leader, I am proficient in communicating with people from different levels of the organization.

I am a Certified Human Resource Associate certified by the Human Resource Educators' Association of the Philippines. Initially, it was included in my position as an executive board member of the university organization for Psychology to screen and interview candidates.

I had in-depth case studies and psychological report writing during my clinical internship at Sol Psychological Services where I was awarded as a commendable clinical intern.

I was also a former executive business manager of the university student organization mainly entrusted with coordination and day-to-day monitoring of events and partnerships through email handling and management.

I was an election committee secretary for the university Psychology Program Council with tasks including documents and schedule organization, disseminating information, and screening of potential candidates in compliance with the electoral guidelines.

Before I became a Certified Human Resource Associate, I assisted with the onboarding orientation for new hires during my HR on-the-job training at De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute.
