Sales Representative, Social Media Manager, ESL Tutor, Team Leader

In my experience, there were targets that we need to hit in order to pass our qualification to become sales representative. Those targets include customer satisfaction on the call, upgrading their service and purchasing a new item. On my first 4 months in that job, I was able to hit and pass those targets and qualifications.

Being able to communicate to the customers using English should be a qualification in this job. Together with confidence and with proper handling of the customer, I am capable of being able to understand and empathize with the customer's concern and I make sure that I am knowledgeable enough to help find a solution.

I became and educator of the English language to people with different age levels and different educational backgrounds. Communicating in the most effective way is the most important skill that is needed to attract more customers.

As a customer service representative, I also handle billing concerns with such ease. Billing concerns should be handled with great care to keep customers. As part of the billing department we find alternatives to satisfy customers with their billing concerns.

I have been participating as a Master of Ceremonies on private religious organizations as a charity work. Now, I can also bring this skill in the professional world as a voice over MC, reporter, story-teller and such.

I do voice acting for recreational activities. I have an experience as a radio broadcaster in school. I do have this excellent American accent when speaking English.

Once I get used of the job itself, I want to share those information I learned to train more people and be able to cope up in the company. I just don't want people to have a hard time catching up.

I handle few pages in a social media platform and provides an interactive written contents for the viewers and followers for them to be able to be informed about the latest updates in our organization.
