devices, and participating in equipment moves and changes
• Supporting user needs related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, VOIP phones and the like for both in office and home/remote office needs
• Working in concert with internal IT teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery to user community
• Maintain Windows 10 Desktop, VDI, laptop and HP thin client builds
• Automate Desktop Support tasks utilizing Move Works, Slack and JIRA Service Desk
• Have a deep Knowledge of scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell/Python
• Manage the firm’s SCCM software packaging, reporting, administration and troubleshooting
• Experience with Citrix virtual desktops and applications and VPN technologies
• Participating in asset management and control activities
• Work experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructures ( VDI,Citrix, Cloud machines)
• Conduct support on user issue Via Remote thru MSRA, MSTSC or Anydesk
• Deploy/Redeploy application entitlements on user machine and install via SCCM ( Software Center )
• Act as the escalation point for all complex Windows desktop and application related environmental issues
• Troubleshooting and analyzing hardware and software technical tickets and requests
• Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
• Assisting clients, users on their Telephony issues ( Cisco Jabber/Deskphone, Avaya One-x
• Experience with O365 Issue ( Macros, License ) Issues
