1. Receiving and checking Incoming DO (Delivery Order) 2. To update and submit DOA/ RMA requests to every supplier according to their guidelines. 3. To liaise with a freight forwarder and relevant parties for Incoming Shipping Containers and schedule according to the delivery calendar. 4. To liaise and schedule with the 3PL (3rd party logistics) warehouse for any incoming Furniture DO.

1. Assist in coordinating and executing operational and headquarters audits. Perform process risk analyses, walk-throughs, and map/flowchart key processes. 2. Identify areas of weaknesses or improvement opportunities, relevant risks, and implications and propose recommendations to address the issues identified. 3. Communicate audit observations and findings with management. 4. Assist in drafting audit reports to present audit findings. I'd like to follow up with the stakeholders to assess the adequacy of implementing audit recommendations.
