As working professional with 9 years experience in various Administrative role, Executive Assistant, Real Estate, banking industry, Sale & marketing in this corporate environment, I believed I have the skills and expertise that you are looking for Admin Assistant/Executive Assistant role and I am very much interested in this kind of role and willing to be part of your respective company.My current prestigious company that I worked with, I was given a 4 roles simultaneously and effective:-Senior Administrative/Documentation Officer: validation of the originality documentssubmitted by my field persons (title; cor , boardres and etc), assisting for signing ofdocuments within the network heads including making reports and encoding in database, also negotiating with the lessor for their rental payments. Overall, I am handling the last process of documentation area within my department and those field persons below me.-Assistant to the Manager: in-charge of up to date report of the whole team, settingmeeting and preparing for various board meetings (taking minutes of the meeting, calendar appointment, validations of soa).-Basic accounting: includes account receivables; computations of rental payments,computing tax for lessor, bookkeeping and doing invoices for our third party vendor.Overall, with the list of experiences that I have and as a problem-solver attitude, I believed I have the outmost qualifications since I can easily adopt to such different job responsibilities and bring the best out of me. I made sure to promote each relationship with the clients in giving them quality service and make sure their questions about the matters are all answered.
