Streamlining workflows to reduce delays and costs. Using data to improve operational performance. ✅ 6. Communication & Coordination Acting as the link between suppliers, internal teams, and customers. Providing regular updates on shipments and deliveries. Handling issues or escalations calmly and effectively. ✅ 7. Data & System Management Using ERP or supply chain management systems to track operations. Analyzing data reports to support better decision-making. Ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping. ✅ 8. Risk Management & Problem Solving Anticipating potential risks in supply and delivery. Quickly resolving supplier or shipment issues. Developing backup plans or alternative solutions. ✅ 9. Compliance & Quality Control Ensuring supplier compliance with company and legal standards. Monitoring product or shipment quality to meet customer expectations. ✅ 10. Time Management & Prioritization Managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and supplier demands. Prioritizing urgent shipments or supplier issues effectively.
