With over 4 years of customer service experience, I’ve handled high-volume support operations for US-based brands across e-commerce, telecom, banking, and wellness industries.

I’m experienced with Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, ReAmaze, Richpanel, ShipHero, Amazon Seller Central, Recharge, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, and Trello. My work includes order management, refunds, replacements, billing concerns, subscription support, escalation handling, and customer retention.

I am available for full-time work and flexible across US, AU, UK, and other international time zones. I work remotely from the Philippines with a dedicated home office, stable high-speed internet, backup connection, and complete work equipment for uninterrupted support operations.
