I am applying for the position of Virtual Assistant, for which my 10 years of professional experience makes me a highly qualified candidate. In my most recent job as Training and Quality Assurance Analyst, I have developed skills in Data Entry, Customer Service, Quality Assurance and Database Management, Process Improvement and Process mapping/flowcharts. Microsoft Office (Visio, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
I have a great deal of experience in data entry, having spent a significant amount of time entering key information into databases. This required an attention to detail and accuracy, skills which will no doubt be of great use in this role. Also, my responsibilities in customer service in my role as Analyst kept me in contact with clients on a regular basis. This experience will be beneficial to building strong relations with customers. In addition, I acquired the skill of database management while leading various projects. Understanding the technical elements of database maintenance will come in useful while completing data-driven tasks. In addition to my technical skills, I also have the strengths of critical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service. I acquired these abilities by regularly assessing and managing my customer interactions and by proposing creative solutions to any problems that arose. I am confident that my capacity to think abstractly and logically will be a great contribution to any task that I am responsible for as a Virtual Assistant.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I am excited to answer any questions you might have and to further discuss the opportunities available. Thank you.
