~ Aditya birla minacs , For 2 yrs and some months I don’t remember anymore as this is my first job. I was handling cricket as a customer service pure voice support. Its a telco company which we provide products and services about their mobile plans and balance as well as their billing. I also did some basic troubleshooting if their phone doesn't work and needs a restart i do assist them over the phone.
~ Concentrix , I have worked with the company also for 2 years and it’s also a pure voice account. I have handled flights reservation since its a travel account. I book flights ticket, change seat and also add special request to their flight. I also handled billing and also help with the escalations call during a flight delay or interruption if the customer is already irate at the airport. I have handled rebooking of flights and calling different airlines as well or give vouchers depending on the situation. We also do side selling for seats or offer chase cards to customer or herts for car rentals.
I also help them with the website booking if they want to or online check in or online booking. I guide them on how to use the website.
~ Global payments, i have worked with the company for 3 yrs and 5 months. I have handled a financial account its a business to business account and also a pure voice. I have assisted or talked to business owners about their billing and rates for renting a card terminal machine for them to take payments from their store or business. I help business owners if they have question with their contract, bills or card transactions from their business. I also helped them with the online portal if they want to see card transactions by themselves.
And now my current company is with (Wells fargo) I am currently handling a financial account as well but working as a Executive specialist. I handle escalations about their car loans. Since i am handling escalations its purely talking to a customer who is frustrated either with the dealer service to them or store representative service or with the contract anything that the customer want to complain of about their car loan i handle that.
I wanted to try new field or work as a VA, Hopefully, If given a chance this is going to be my first VA job that i am very much looking forward with. I am very flexible and really eager to learn.
