Quality Analyst:
I am responsible for system testing and troubleshooting within Strapi CMS, collaborating with developers to resolve technical issues. I manage JIRA tickets to track system and analyst errors while ensuring timely project updates for clients. I oversee complex datasets like JSON and CSV to meet quality and compliance standards. In addition, I provide leadership in the absence of the Team Manager, collaborating with the Operations Manager to maintain workflow. I support the Subject Matter Expert on specialized tasks, document processes, and coach analysts through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to reduce errors. I also train new hires, ensuring they understand process flows and create helpful reference materials.

Data Specialist:
I specialize in analyzing and transforming complex data into actionable insights that help businesses make informed decisions. With a strong attention to detail, I focus on data accuracy, organization, and reporting to support business strategies.

Lead Generation:
I have experience in driving targeted lead generation strategies, helping businesses identify and connect with potential customers. By using a mix of research, outreach, and automation tools, I ensure high-quality leads that contribute to business growth.

SEO Link-Builder:
