Profile Description

I manage end-to-end financial operations for a UK-based property group with entities across the UK, France, Algeria, UAE, and Portugal.

My day-to-day: reconciling 30+ bank accounts, reviewing 1,000+ monthly transactions in Xero, coordinating cross-border compliance across five jurisdictions, and owning month-end close.

- Cut month-end close time by 3 days by standardising reconciliation cadence and improving documentation
- Recovered or protected GBP 20K+ through platform disputes and regulatory cases including a GBP 10K OTA commission dispute and a French tax dispute (DGFiP) that ended in full penalty remission
