I have a strong background in learning and development, instructional design, training, recruitment, and organizational development. I've designed and facilitated programs for leadership training, soft skills training, product training, employee onboarding, and service selling skills, to name a few. I was a part of the core group that developed several strategies for manpower optimization projects and training initiatives for retail operations. My experience in various industries has given me a broad perspective on organizational needs and the many ways to deal with them.
