Profile Description

Are looking for a General Virtual Assistant? I can help you lessen your burden. 

I have more than 8 years of experience in Human Resources (combined corporate, international organization (UN), and remote setting) and I specialized in recruitment. Currently, I am working as a VA-Recruitment (HR Coordinator) and am constantly recruiting talented Virtual Assistants across the globe giving value to hiring the end-to-end hiring process while working closely together with the company's COO. 

For Recruitment, I am mainly responsible for:

* Sourcing, reviewing, and identifying potential candidates for different VA roles 
* Pre-screening, interviewing, and endorsing candidates directly to the COO and/or the client for further evaluation
* Creating job descriptions and job postings for different recruiting platforms
* Scheduling candidates for clients' final interview
* Creating training schedules for the newly hired VAs
* Coordinating with the CEO & Project Manager regarding the onboarding schedule
* Creating the company's performance improvement plan and creating a 30/60/90 Plan for various roles with specific KPIs
* Creating and managing the HR Portal in ClickUp
* Creating different templates for new hire resources
* Creating SOPs and contributing to the betterment of the team's success  
* Email/calendar management 

Personally, I am into: 

* Email management
* System building (I created ATS using ClickUp for a VA Agency, and a Client Relationship Manager using Notion) 
* Calendar scheduling - organizing my clients' schedules, booking meetings with the stakeholders, making sure everything is in place and no important events or meetings won't be missed
* Creating IG Reels (my personal IG account) 
* Social Media Management (for my personal business and church account) - this includes content creation, Canva design, presentation and FB Ads. You may also check my portfolio
* Amazon VA - for a retail business 
* Travel Planning - I love creating itineraries and travelling 
* Research - Been trained to do this since my years in the academe as I majored in Sociology and we have done so much community research and term research that is now being displayed in our universities.
