Amazon Catalog Operations Manager with 6+ years managing catalog operations, listing optimization, and account health for e-commerce brands.

I handle the day-to-day Amazon operations—managing listings, resolving issues, coordinating inventory, and maintaining account compliance. My focus is on consistency and preventing problems before they impact sales.

WHAT I MANAGE:
Catalog Operations
I manage 200+ SKU catalogs, including listing uploads, flat file updates, variation management, and troubleshooting listing errors. I work with Seller Support to resolve suppressions, parentage issues, and catalog problems.
Account Health & Compliance
I monitor account health weekly, address policy violations, and work to maintain compliant listings. I resolve issues promptly to keep the account in good standing.
Listing Optimization
I optimize product titles, bullet points, and descriptions using keyword research tools like DataDive and Helium10. I coordinate with creative teams to upload A+ content and updated product images.
Inventory Coordination
I monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment with suppliers, and create FBA shipping plans for US and China inventory. I aim to prevent stockouts while managing inventory efficiently.
Seller Support Communication
I submit and manage seller support tickets for listing issues, policy appeals, and technical problems. I follow up to get issues resolved.
