I am a licensed BS Physical Therapist, who has more than 14 years of experience in medical transcription with legal, medical-legal, and general transcription background. I am currently employed as a quality assurance representative for almost 6 years, and have recently transitioned to a home-based setting. With my current setup, I have added know-how in e-commerce using Zendesk and Shopify. I also have experience in the food delivery sector.
As you can tell from my education and work experience, I can transition quite easily from one expertise to the next. My excellent grasp of the English language, both verbally and in written form, make me an easy-to-work-with employee and teammate.
I work well within a team setup, but can function effectively with little supervision because I am hardworking and focused at whatever task I am given.
