I also use RingCentral to communicate with facilities and clinics, as well as to send and receive faxed documents. I consistently follow up with providers, review records for accuracy, and resolve any issues quickly to avoid delays.
I ensure that all required authorization forms are properly completed and fully compliant with HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
