Hello and welcome to my profile! I am Gab, a licensed Psychometrician and I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology - Medicine Track. While I practiced my profession in both industrial and educational field, I eventually found my passion in the recruitment and operations industry.

I’m an Operations and Recruitment professional with agency experience and a strong background in leading teams. I enjoy building efficient hiring processes, improving operational workflows, and helping organizations grow by connecting them with the right talent. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on developing high-performing teams, streamlining recruitment strategies, and delivering results in fast-paced environments. I’m passionate about creating systems that work, supporting people’s growth, and making a meaningful impact through operations and talent.

I have handled multiple roles ranging from entry-level to C-suite from different regions like the US, Europe, Australia, and Asia. I worked with different industries including digital marketing, e-commerce, e-learning, events, staffing and recruitment, fintech, saas and IT, real estate, and legal.

Outside work, I love to travel and eat! I am an athlete, a musician, and I love learning languages. Aside from English, I also know conversational Chinese and ASL, and basic Spanish. I am also an advocate for mental health and patients with Cancer and Alzheimer's disease.
