I have an extensive background in customer service, as I started my career in 2014 with different international companies. When the pandemic hit, I ventured into freelancing. Luckily, I got my first client as a lead generator and data miner, technically doing cold calling and data gathering. 
After that, I became an Inside Sales Representative Calling FSBO, Expired, and Circle Prospecting and an assistant transaction coordinator, ensuring that both parties sign contracts and that no words or information is misspelled or missing.
I worked as a Sales Representative and recruiter for a sports niche. I also assisted the social media manager in editing graphics design and short videos, scheduling them, and posting them on social media platforms.
The real estate business was difficult at that time, so I transitioned to being an Executive Assistant where my main role was to assist a C-suite level by attending meetings, scribbling the meeting highlights and taking notes of to-do's, Arranging travel plans, managing his email and calendar, verifying the demographics of clients, maintaining KPIs, and helping out on SOPs, inputting Data on Spreadsheets and CRMs and signing contracts on behalf and serving as a point of contact if he is not around.
I was tasked to assist the outside sales team over as we were not getting any numbers from them, so It was my initiative to create a guideline for them to follow as a part of our standard operating procedure. As a result numbers and results came showing up that greatly contributed to the company's profit and standard
