Businesses do not stall because they lack tools. They stall because tools were added one at a time, in the wrong order, until nothing talks to anything and every process still needs a person holding it together.
Leads sit unanswered for days. Data lives in three places and agrees in none. The owner becomes the integration.
I fix the order.
HOW I WORK
I start with the business, not the tools. Before I recommend anything I want to know how money actually moves through the operation, where the friction is, and what breaks first when volume increases.
Then I sequence. What gets built first matters more than what gets built. A system assembled in the wrong order wastes money and creates work that has to be undone, so I build in dependency order, starting with whatever protects revenue soonest.
I reduce complexity instead of adding to it. Anyone can add another tool. The harder skill is removing steps so the system keeps running when I am not in the room.
And I work carefully where mistakes are expensive. Documented decisions, proper access controls, clear data boundaries.
WHAT I BUILD
System architecture and platform migrations
CRM pipelines, lead capture, and intake workflows
Sales funnels with payment integration and product delivery
Behavior-based
email automation and follow-up sequences
Platform integrations and API connections
Executive dashboards and system documentation
Built on GoHighLevel, Claude Code, and whatever the business actually needs.
PROOF
I built and run the automated backend for a Filipino VA community's digital products, from payment-triggered funnel through delivery, operating without daily human intervention. That system has processed over $14,000 USD and is still running today.
The founder's exact words: "He always over delivers. Hire Alexis if you want more money and more time saved."
I run my own leather goods line, Leather Creations, on the same infrastructure. Same funnel, same automation, same payment flow. I am my own first client, which means nothing reaches a paying client that has not already been tested against my own money.
Ten years in customer service, fraud analysis, and operations taught me to think like a business, not just an operator. I ask what a decision costs before I make it, and I say so when something is outside my lane.
If your business is good but the backend is held together by people and memory, that is the problem I solve. Open to project-based and retainer work. Businesses do not stall because they lack tools. They stall because tools were added one at a time, in the wrong order, until nothing talks to anything and every process still needs a person holding it together.

PROOF
I built and run the automated backend for a Filipino VA community's digital products, from payment-triggered funnel through delivery, operating without daily human intervention. Before that system existed, the team ran on shared documents.
The founder's words: "He always over delivers. Hire Alexis if you want more money and more time saved."
I also run my own leather goods line, Leather Creations, on the same systems I build for clients. Proof the infrastructure works.
Ten years in customer service, fraud analysis, and operations taught me to think like a business, not just an operator. I ask what a decision costs before I make it, and I say so when something is outside my lane.
I did not start in tech. I was a photographer, then a leather craftsman. When the market shifted, I taught myself AI and automation before I was forced to. See the shift early, learn fast, build the system before the problem becomes a crisis.
If your business is good but the backend is held together by people and memory, that is the problem I solve.
