I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in customer service, administrative support, and international logistics operations. I am passionate about learning new skills and continuously improving myself to provide the best possible support to my clients.
My customer service experience includes handling inbound and outbound calls, live chat, and email support. Although my professional experience is less than a year, I have managed a high volume of customer interactions and developed strong problem solving, communication, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
I also have experience in cross border logistics and administrative operations, where I monitored international and local deliveries, handled shipment discrepancies, prepared reports, documented damages, maintained accurate records, performed data entry, and managed Excel spreadsheets to ensure smooth daily operations. Accuracy, organization, and attention to detail are qualities I consistently bring to every task.
On the technical side, I have foundational knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD through my engineering background. While I consider myself still growing in these areas, I am highly open to training, coaching, and continuous learning.
