Hi, I’m Leticia — a Virtual Assistant with 15+ years of corporate experience in administration, executive support, and operations - now supporting online businesses with marketing execution, email campaigns, and backend coordination.

My background in corporate environments strengthened my skills in organization, accuracy, documentation, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination. I’m used to managing multiple moving parts while ensuring processes remain structured and reliable.

I currently support coaches, course creators, and digital educators working in program-based and lifecycle-driven ecosystems, helping manage the backend execution of their email marketing and marketing operations. This includes ensuring campaigns, automations, and delivery workflows are properly set up, organized, and running smoothly.

I work across tools such as Kartra, Kajabi, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Klaviyo, Airtable, and Google Workspace to support marketing systems, CRM organization, and operational workflows.
