I am a nurse by profession and a part time writer. Ive been writing articles and news and at times editorial since gradeschool. I was a literary and feature editor of our school paper and was promoted as the circulation manager. I have my own column and do proof reading or editing for my co writers work. I went to several journalism congress and contests that further help my writing skills.
I do technical writing and secretarial to some LGU in our area. As i pursue my nursing career, i cant just leave writing like that. I do blogs and fb notes to release any emotion that triggers. I do health teaching articles and so as life experiences articles for being a nurse and a mom.
As for my nursing career, i have passed the licensure exam in 2011 and had my specialization exam in Renal nursing in 2013. I worked locally gaining enough experience to go abroad for work. I was employed in an American company as a hemodialysis nurse for 2 years then in a European company as a charge/hemodialysis nurse for 4 years. I was assigned to different tasks like vascular team, transplant coordinator, EMR/EHR supervisor, Quality assurance, and mentor/trainer of new nurses. I believe i can fit in any writing job, medical virtual assistance and customer service though i know im not expert. Im good at microsoft office and google applications.
I can work alone and under pressure. I know ill be able to figure things im not expert of.
I want long term and stable job as a full time mom in our own home in Philippines.
