Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist | Executive Virtual Assistant

I’m a reliable Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing, lead generation, and customer support. I currently work in a VA role supporting operations and client services, and I’ve also handled full-cycle recruitment and business development support in previous roles.

I’m comfortable working behind the scenes to keep things organized, whether it’s building candidate pipelines, managing data, or supporting daily operations.

Here’s how I can help:

Recruitment & Sourcing
-Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
-Screen resumes and support interview coordination
-Maintain ATS and candidate trackers (Loxo experience)
-Build and manage candidate pipelines for technical and marketing roles
-Lead Generation & Research
-Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
-Support business development through research and data gathering
-Identify qualified prospects based on specific criteria

Customer Support & Admin
-Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and calls (Zendesk experience)
-Support reporting, KPI tracking, and data analysis
-Handle sensitive data with confidentiality and accuracy
