I have been working in an IT Servicedesk field for more than 5 years now. Supporting our end users for their organizational account issues, laptop problems, application installation, O365 account setup, Active Directory accounts, Citrix, VMware, Oracle applications, Salesforce, ServiceNow and other applications being used by organization. Also had experience in handling a team, doing Quality Audits, end to end support, performance monitoring, attendance monotoring, team meetings and huddles. Iam looking for a part time job so that i can maximize my free time.
