Profile Description
I just completed my contract as full time import & procurement coordinator for a Aus based company. Prior to this job, I have gained by experience as importation & purchasing officer in a Trading & manufacturing company in the Philippines for more than 5 years.
I’ve worked for almost 8 years as Executive Assistant for a Trading company based in Manila, Philippines. I have demonstrated ability to work with variety of people representing different organization background and experiences. I am proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other research engines as well as organizing documents in systematic manner to ensure filling and retrieval. I can also manage and maintain Senior level executive meetings and travel schedules and prepare business correspondence as well.
I have also worked as document analyst for two years for a multi national company engaged in facade consultancy. But I started my career as Customer Relation Officer which basically handles costumer concern at one of the leading Telecommunication in the Philippines.
My main objective is to find a full time job on a growth oriented firm that will further utilize my skills and acquire new abilities.
