I’m a Shopify VA specializing in e-commerce operations and backend store support. I help Shopify store owners manage day-to-day operations, keep the backend organized, and handle customer and order-related processes smoothly so the business can run without constant issues.My work focuses on the operational side of Shopify, not just basic tasks. I’m comfortable owning workflows, following processes, and making sure things don’t fall through the cracks.

I can assist with Shopify backend management including orders, refunds, exchanges, gift cards, and fulfillment updates. I also handle customer support related to orders, shipping, returns, and exchanges, and support returns and exchange workflows aligned with brand policies. I manage customer notes, tags, and backend organization, and handle product, collection, and page edits involving writing and SEO. I also update store content using the Shopify editor and theme settings without coding.

I support overall store and business operations including app installation and configuration using documentation-based setup, basic troubleshooting and issue isolation before escalation, Google Workspace admin support such as Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, and file organization, internal workflow organization using tools like Notion, and scheduling, coordination, and follow-through on operational tasks.

Before working as a Shopify VA, I was an IT Helpdesk Supervisor where I handled system troubleshooting, escalation workflows, and structured issue resolution. I also worked as an HR and Recruitment Manager for a VA agency, managing recruitment pipelines and documenting internal policies and procedures. These roles trained me to think in systems, processes, and accountability, which I now apply to e-commerce and Shopify operations.

I’m detail-oriented, reliable, and careful not to break systems. I understand what can be safely handled at the VA level and when something should be escalated to a developer or specialist. I value clear communication, consistency, and protecting both the brand and customer experience.
