Handle inbound inquiries from Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, and your website
qualifying leads fast and moving them through your rental pipeline without delays.
Set up and manage automated follow-up sequences in Go High Level
so no lead goes cold and no renter falls through the cracks.
Coordinate renter onboarding from application to key handoff
confirming bookings, sending agreements, collecting deposits, and ensuring a smooth first experience every time.

Fleet & Booking Administration
Maintain organized booking calendars, vehicle availability, and reservation records inside HQ Rental and RentCentric
reducing double-bookings and scheduling errors.
Track payments, flag overdue accounts, and send payment reminder messages
keeping your cash flow predictable and your records clean.
Prepare daily or weekly operations reports so you always have a clear picture of your fleet performance, active renters, and pending tasks.

Social Media & Marketing Support
Create and schedule content targeting rideshare and delivery drivers
positioning your rental program as the best alternative to Turo or traditional rentals.
Write DM scripts, follow-up messages, and ad copy that convert interested drivers into paying renters using language that speaks directly to the gig worker audience.
Manage your Go High Level CRM campaigns from lead nurture sequences to re-engagement messages keeping your pipeline warm and your brand top of mind.
