I help lenders, mortgage brokers, and real estate teams avoid delays in loan processing by ensuring documents are complete, verified, and properly tracked.

With experience in Pag-IBIG and bank financing, I handle mortgage loan processing tasks such as document review, employment and income verification, borrower coordination, and follow-ups. I make sure all requirements are complete before submission to keep applications moving and reduce back-and-forth.

I also assist with loan document preparation, application tracking, and client communication from submission to approval.

I am proficient in Loans Origination System (HLOS), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Gmail. I use these tools to manage loan data, monitor application status, and maintain organized communication with clients and stakeholders.

I am available for full-time or part-time work in Philippine Standard Time (GMT+8) and can adjust to your preferred schedule. I am looking for a long-term role where I can consistently support your loan processing operations.
