Profile Description

I am a licensed professional counsellor with over 8 years of experience in mental health, employee assistance programs (EAP), and clinical support roles. Alongside direct client work, I bring strong organisational, documentation, and coordination skills, making me well-suited for roles supporting mental health practitioners, clinics, and organisations.
I have hands-on experience with intake coordination, appointment scheduling, calendar management, client communication, risk screening support, care documentation, and report writing, gained through my work in counselling, school settings, and workplace mental health programs. I understand the importance of confidentiality, accuracy, empathy, and professionalism when handling sensitive client information.
In addition to clinical work, I am a Certified Training Designer, with experience supporting training teams, preparing materials, coordinating sessions, and assisting with workshops and mental health programs. This allows me to support both administrative and content-related tasks efficiently.
I am detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and highly reliable. I work well independently, follow processes carefully, and communicate clearly with clinicians, managers, and clients.
