Brand Merchandising

As part of my merchandising experience, one of my key responsibilities has been managing inventory — a crucial aspect of ensuring business efficiency and profitability. This involves analyzing SKU movements, evaluating product saleability, developing strategies to deplete non-moving items, and coordinating reorders for best-selling products.

With 13 years of experience in the field of merchandising across various categories — including branded footwear, apparel, bags, toys, and skincare products — I have managed end-to-end product and supplier processes. This includes sourcing, demand and supply analysis, product development, SKU and pricing setup, inventory control, merchandising, and store monitoring. I also oversee online platform operations such as product uploads, promotions, and order processing. In addition to daily operational tasks, I am proficient in generating and analyzing key merchandising reports, including Sales, Saleability, Open-to-Buy, Inventory, and Sell-Thru reports.
