I build the systems that keep operations running, and then I automate the parts that slow them down.
My background covers government admin support at the House of Representatives, high-volume telecom customer service (NPS ~85, ~37 calls/day), and hands-on AI automation using n8n and HubSpot. I've built and deployed two workflow agents with full SOPs, and I hold Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt with a Computer Systems and Servicing National Certification II wrapping up this month.
I don't just complete tasks. I find what's slowing things down, fix it, and document it so it stays fixed.
