I create engaging captions, design graphics, and schedule or publish posts using tools like Hootsuite and browser extensions such as Downloader for Instagram. I also assist in managing social media accounts and applying engagement strategies to improve reach and visibility.

I also have experience working with WordPress, where I help upload blog content, format articles, add images, and assist with publishing posts. In addition, I have experience in AI-assisted content creation, using tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, GalaxyAI, RocketVideoAI, and 5-Minute AI Video generation tools to create images, graphics, short videos, and written content for websites and social media platforms.

I have strong experience in e-commerce and dropshipping, including listing and uploading products on eBay and Shopify. I use Zik Analytics for competitor research and product sourcing. I am also familiar with various dropshipping and listing tools such as Price Guard, Scarcity Manager, AutoDS, Dropship Beast, DSM Tool, Sale Freaks, SKU Grid, Yabelle, and Web Seller Guru.
