Profile Description
I'm Richmond Patricio with an experience on IT Infrastructure, specifically in network administration and support. I handled the LAN and WAN administration, support and troubleshooting for Rustan's Supercenters Inc. which consist of Cisco Meraki SD-Wan, Meraki Access Point, Cisco and HP switches for the head office, data centers, warehouses and 93 stores(Marketplace, Rustan's Supermarket, Shopwise, Shopwise Express and No Brand) nationwide. I also had an experience as a Fault Management Assistant in PLDT for 2 years which I coordinate the clients with their reported concerns and conduct testing/troubleshooting for their DSL, leased line, Wireless, Metro-Eline/WAN and I-GATE(DIA) connection. I confidently believe I'm well-suited for this role and would bring significant value to the team, drawing upon my experience as a network engineer in both the retail and telecommunications sectors.
