I am a Registered Psychometrician, Certified Recruitment and Selection Professional and a Certified Human Resource Associate with HR Generalist work experience for more than 10 years, and with a demonstrated history of working in financing and IT industries.
With experience in full cycle of recruitment both technical and non-technical roles; with exposure to hiring administrative, marketing, accounting, supervisory and managerial positions, and IT roles.
Also skilled in sourcing (both passive and active sourcing), Boolean searching, screening, conducting initial-behavioral interviews, conducting background checks, administering and checking psychological exams, preparing and conducting job offers and new hire orientation, and updating applicants' tracking system. Aside from recruitment, I am also exposed in employee engagement, end-to-end process of HMO company insurance, timekeeping, a touch in payroll, social media marketing, and other HR-and-admin-related tasks.
