I'm Vincent — an Executive Assistant and Automation Specialist with 3+ years inside high-stakes executive environments, including a 70+ location multi-unit operation. New on OLJ, but not new to this level of support. Less hand-holding, faster execution, and someone who figures things out without being told twice.

What I bring to your team

On the executive side, I handle inbox triage and management, calendar coordination, daily briefings, vendor and client follow-ups, and SOP documentation — so the things that usually live in your head start living in a system.

On the automation side, I use Zapier, N8N, Power Automate, Claude AI, and GoHighLevel to turn the repetitive manual work slowing you down into workflows that actually run on their own. I've consolidated 30+ workflows into a single system and managed five executive inboxes simultaneously with zero missed deadlines.

I work across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SharePoint, ClickUp, Notion, HubSpot, and QuickBooks — so whatever your current stack looks like, I can plug in and start contributing quickly.
