Develop comprehensive automation strategies within GoHighLevel (GHL), focusing on CRM management, marketing funnels, lead scoring, SMS/email campaigns, and pipeline automation specific to client or candidate profiles.
Integrate the four core automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, GHL) with various third-party applications, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRMs, databases, communication tools (Slack, email), and accounting software.
Utilize advanced API and webhook concepts to connect systems lacking native integrations.
Maintenance and Optimization:
Monitor existing automations rigorously to identify and resolve errors, ensuring high uptime and data accuracy across all systems.
Proactively review and optimize existing workflows to reduce execution time, minimize operational costs, and improve scalability.
Conduct regular audits of GHL workflows, triggers, and campaigns to ensure alignment with current business goals and compliance standards.
Manage API key security and credentials used across all automation platforms.
Documentation and Collaboration:
Create clear, comprehensive documentation (flowcharts, written guides) for all deployed automations and integration points.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations) to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical automation solutions.
