Use NetSuite to manage customer accounts, orders, billing, and returns. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within NetSuite, escalating as needed. Ensure all customer interactions and data are accurately logged in NetSuite. Process sales orders, returns, exchanges, and credits through NetSuite. Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers. Work with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve customer issues. Collaborate on improving customer experience using NetSuite workflows and reports.
