As an educator for 6 years, my responsibilities are as follows: involves teaching, mentoring, and counseling students, as well as preparing and evaluating instructional materials and tools. I also attend professional meetings, trainings, and activities for self-growth and advancement. I conduct remedial classes for slow learners and coordinates with parents and community.
I also work as human resource assistant. Conduct end to end process of recruitment for direct hired employees· Conduct pre-employment orientation for newly hired employees · Organize and keep records of employees · Conduct performance evaluation of all employees in their probationary status in preparation for regularization · Overall in charge of the performance appraisal for regular employees · Prepares need assessment of the organization and provides yearly training plans · Handles seminars like drug awareness, fire and earthquake drills, HACCP seminar, and specific seminars for various departments or the organization. Contribute to the internal audit conducted in the organization
I became a guidance officer in a college and have the following tasks: Conduct interviews · Referral counseling for academic and behavioral monitoring and gives recommendation · Day – to – day counseling · Organize and keep records of students and employees · Administer appraisal activities through psychological tests · Conducts seminars like drug awareness, career seminars and personality development.
As a professional, I wanted to gain more work experience in becoming a virtual assistant or any position available that best fit my background. I am also a music enthusiast, artist and creative.
