I serve as the primary service contact for mid-to-large commercial accounts, handling endorsements, quotes for new business and renewals, inspections, certificates of insurance, policy changes, and renewal support across industries including construction, restaurant, and real estate.
My background spans the full policy lifecycle from quoting, binding, policy issuance, audits and risk assessment to claims coordination and carrier relationship management. I’ve worked both the brokerage and MGA sides of the business, giving me a well-rounded perspective on how coverage gets placed, priced, and serviced.

Beyond technical insurance skills, I bring leadership experience from managing teams, mentoring new hires, and building SOPs that scale. I’m the kind of person who documents what works, trains others to follow it, and improves the process along the way.
