Most of my work experience is as an Office Assistant handling all the administrative functions of the assigned office. From cash management, schedule and appointment setting, travel arrangements, supplier and vendor management, documents and records management, inventory management, data analysis, graphic designing, events management, project management, I have a range of work experience that honed my administrative management skills.

I am a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, specializing in CliftonStrengths Coaching. I also do organizational leadership coaching, career coaching, and general coaching depending on the client's needs, aligned with the definition of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Managing data submission, analysis, and interpretation in one of the top universities of the Philippines, which will be submitted to international organizations.

Officially, my formal experience as an HR is only around 2 years maximum, but I continuously update myself with the trends and practices in HR Management. My experience is mostly in the administrative and management side of HR such as policy development and cascade, onboarding sessions, labor relations, compliance management, and learning and development

I took workshops related to Design Thinking, and my approach to doing my personal projects (especially training/learning experience design) is heavily influenced by Design Thinking principles and approaches. Our consultancy team runs strategic planning sessions using the Design Thinking approach.

I am a dedicated instructional / training / learning experience designer. I am the in-house designer of our consultancy team, responsible for tweaking and reviewing current and new designs in collaboration with other trainers and coaches.

I do freelance training and workshops with a consultancy team. I usually serve as the co-facilitator and training designer. I am also a regular speaker in another consultancy for their webinar series.

I do basic video editing for different purposes. I utilize mostly iMovie, but I can learn other video editing tools such as CapCut and Filmora, and even Canva.

I can do simple graphic designs via Canva. Continuously learning and upskilling on how to create better graphic designs.
