Profile Description
I have no experience with this kind of work but I am willing to learn more and explore more.
I am currently teaching in Province in pangasinan particularly in Galarin urbiztondo pangasinan
I am 5 year public high school teacher gaining my experiences in the industry I have choosed.
My skills in teaching I can possibly use it once I get hire on the online job that I am applying on.
1.I
have good communication skills I can understand the verbal and non verbal communication in order to deliver and Foster a positive learning /working environment.
2.As a teacher we need to be organized in every details in the different task or assignment assigned to us in order to prioritize and meet dealines especially on the different occasion we have in our school.
3.Time management is also one of the most important thing that I do exercise through I
can do the task easily and I can work indepently even we have a multiple work loads
4. Technical proficiency I learned a lot from the pandemic times here I discovered some of the things that I don't used to do before just like making videos as an instruction in teaching using a the Google meet in order to present and design more on PowerPoint in order to capture or learners interest because they are not in the classroom setting.
5.Adaptability we/I as teacher we very much adaptable to changes just like In our country we are exercising to change the curriculum in order for our learner to more competitive and work globally. I as teacher should more flexible especially to changes happening in
our department go for go in order to deliver what our learner needs to learn.
6.Problem solving I as a teacher even we are in the classroom setting or not we encounter different obstacles in the teaching process especially in pandemic times some of our students doesn't have an internet connection so we/ as their teacher should do some medium in order for them to catch up with the lesson we tackling on just like sending digital or printed materials for them to learn even they are not in school and if we do have time we are monitoring them through their parents also if they really learn and their modules or not or they can contact us through messaging or texting regarding on the lesson they are very much under pressure.
7.Paying attention to detail
I as teacher should more careful specially in doing forms our students because all of this will reflect on their credentials as to the time they will finish their studies so I am carefully doing some housekeep on it
8.Customer service skills in our jobnot just we are dealing with the diverse students but also we are working with the community as well, because parents of our students is part of what we call stakeholders we have to be more deligent I. Working with them and to the other officials that part of the community we are exercising fairness treatment to all.
No one is above one I also doing it in my classroom and I am very much careful of explaining it to my students.
9.Confidentiality and trustworthiness also one of the most important one in order to build a good relationship between the teacher, students and to the community we /l as a teacher should show the fairness and being transparency all the time. Just like giving points to the efforts of our students l should me more careful in giving feedbacks regarding yo their work/output/presentation/performance are we can evaluate it through the use of the criteria base from what they perform.
10.Continues learning I know that I am still young in this industry thats why I very much willing to learn and adapt to the changes
