My skills include creating and scheduling content, analyzing and reporting on social media performance, and increasing audience engagement. I am proficient in utilizing social media management tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social.

Skilled at managing high volumes of emails and troubleshooting technical issues related to Outlook and Gmail. Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Outlook and Gmail for various tasks while employed at Morgan Stanley (MSCI), Amazon, and Microsoft.
