Profile Description

I am an experienced Industrial Engineer with a strong background in solar energy performance analysis, quality engineering, and operations support. I currently work as a Performance Engineer, where I monitor and analyze the performance of commercial and industrial solar PV systems using tools such as AlsoEnergy, SolarEdge, Locus, and PowerFactors. My role involves performing detailed performance analysis while meeting strict SLAs, identifying trends and anomalies, assessing how weather conditions impact system performance, and preparing clear, data-driven monthly reports covering energy output, inverter availability, MET station data, and overall system availability. I also create in-depth reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and use Salesforce Field Service Lightning to manage site accounts, work orders, and service history.

Previously, I held a similar Performance Engineer role focused on large-scale PV systems, where I ensured accurate reporting and helped maintain optimal system performance. Before transitioning into the solar industry, I spent several years as a Quality Control Engineer in a manufacturing environment. In that role, I supported new product development from feasibility through mass production, conducted third-party verifications, performed reliability and failure analysis, and prepared for internal and external audits in compliance with IATF 16949 standards. I also worked extensively with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and SAP for data analysis, cost monitoring, and continuous process improvement.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Material Planner and Buyer, where I aligned material requirements with production forecasts, managed inventory levels, resolved material shortages, and collaborated closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations. In addition, I have part-time experience in solar sales support, where I created PPA contracts using PandaDoc, managed documentation and workflows through Scoop Solar, and conducted property research using PropertyRadar.

Overall, I bring a balanced mix of technical expertise, process improvement, and administrative support skills. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with complex data and reporting tools. I adapt quickly to new systems, work well with cross-functional teams, and can effectively support both technical and administrative tasks in remote or on-site environments.
