I started my first job a couple of months right after i graduated back in 2019 as a cook where i started to develop my skills and learned the importance of being punctual, providing great customer service, being fast and efficient, work efficiently under pressure, and ensuring i was available to work at short notice to help the company. Unfortunately, the pandemic hits so i moved on to a new job as a customer service representative. Within this role im responsible to help the company to provide assistance and solve problems to our clients. Working in this position my customer communication skills and relationships development skills moved to another level. When i started, the company just started operating so i self taught with the help of our supervisor and after several months of learning how things works i helped to train and prepare some of the newly hired employees for the job cause the company at the time is still understaffed. After years of experience, i believe that i have developed, learned, and acquire enough experience and skills to prepare me for my professional achievements journey.
