Amazon Store Manager / Industrial Engineer

Ensure the timeliness of the incoming deliveries of raw materials and shipment of final goods and coordinate with related Teams in case of delay and monitor the physical movement of materials used in the production and ensure proper recording of materials requested.

Designs and improves processes to implement new and existing product and recommends projects for quality & productivity, product performance, safety, ergonomics improvement including optimization of consumables. Provides data analysis on quality issues.

Directly responsible for ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, profitability goals through the effective use of short and long term planning, expense control, sales and service on top of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including scheduling, cleaning and maintenance.

Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sales and profitability of product offerings and services, analyze business developments and monitors the industry’s market trends on social media postings

Finding the products need to sell in your store, buying from a supplier, and then reselling.

Processes plan, oversee, and control various advertising activities meant to influence the target audiences’ buying decisions and to develop and place the ads in the most relevant places that will bring the best results.

Reviews the customer experience in the different selling platforms and updates on the customer behavior on social media and utilizing trends to improve reach and revenue

Refining and improving a product to make it more valuable to current users and more attractive to new ones.

Researches the reliability of potential wholesale suppliers, particularly concerning product quality and considers logistics and the fulfillment products needed.

Leads on a management level and take an active role in growing the company, whereas virtual assistants work at a micro or administrative level.

Monitors store's financial performance, creating budgets and making decisions to improve profitability and develops management control systems to make financial planning and cost analysis more efficient.
