Profile Description

I am an enthusiastic and reliable SMM and VA for almost 5 years now, where I handled social media page, take and answer client's queries, post and do marketing to gain profit and attract potential clients.
I am also became part of a real estate agency as a part time sales agent and an SMM as well wherein I enchance my sales and marketing abilities.
 I connected and talked to potential buyers online and physically and explained to them the units we are offering. I also do lead generation by researching people / prospects that will possibly avail our units.
Aside from these, I am the one who edited photos, short clips and posters for social media postings. I also monitor the statistics of the page so that if any case, I can adjust and strategize my approach when it comes to promotional activities since I handle business pages.
As a VA I also do Calendar and Email Management, Lead Generation, Research activities, Creation and update of Pipeline and Sheets, Prepare reports, Prepare Visual Presentations, meeting Moderator, Coordination with the tea ---------- mbers, Calls, Prepare minutes of the meeting, Draft Layouts, Basic Graphic design.
I also experienced to be an Executive Assistant and do Calendar and Email Management, Lead Generation (LinkedIn), Creation and update of Pipeline and Sheets for reporting, Prepare reports, Meeting Moderator, Coordination with the tea ---------- mbers, Calls, Prepare minutes of the meeting, Draft Layouts, Basic Graphic design, Social Media Management, Project Presentation and represent the CEO to executive meetings if needed. Creation of visual materials, Zoom background designer, Create document templates for specific documentations, draft and send emails.
And I was also became an HR Assistant wherein I Revise and enhance Job description (for job posting to hire personnel), create/adapt an HR Evaluation sheet/material for a specific job post, Post a job in different online platforms, Evaluate all applications, Encode data in sheet, Summarize remarks, Reporting and prepare certain documentations needed, Calendar and Email Management, Prepare minutes of the meeting.
