At my previous employments, I always provide excellent customer service to our clients. As a shift lead I was able to manage a team of service desk agents ensuring that staffing and skill levels are maintained throughout operational , I also handle high severity iUpgrade to see actual info and acts as an escalation point where difficult or controversial calls are received. I create and submit statistics and management reports to higher ups. As a member of Shared services training team, I handle new service desk employees at Accenture, providing basic training and tests before they are appointed to a certain project. Having basic to intermediate knowledge on Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Power point) I was able to create and conceptualize new learning manuals as needed by the training team. As a technical support representative I have dealt with desktop support (hardware/ software) as well as application support mainly for POS. I also have SAP ERP experience as a service desk using PB4, P54 and PU2 systems. However, I am currently a Real Estate Virtual Admin with tasks dealing with clients with utmost courtesy; Organizing and managing documents, contracts, and correspondence related to real estate transactions.
Coordinate appointments, showings, and open houses, handle administrative tasks such as data entry, email management, and scheduling to support the efficiency of real estate operations. I also post video content on YouTube, and Facebook regarding property listings, I also posting listings into the MLS with accurate information after approval has been granted.
