I’m a Remote Short-Term Rental Executive Assistant specializing in virtual property management support for Airbnb hosts, ---------- hosts, serviced accommodation operators, and short-term rental property managers.



I help STR businesses stay organized, responsive, and guest-ready by supporting daily operations such as guest communication, phone/email/chat support, check-in and checkout coordination, cleaner coordination, turnover tracking, maintenance follow-ups, issue escalation, review support, SOP documentation, and admin workflows.



My strength is being the person behind the scenes who keeps things moving: responding to guests professionally, calming urgent situations, coordinating with cleaners or maintenance teams, tracking issues, updating systems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
