Profile Description

I have been working as a customer service representative for one of the leading companies in the Philippines. I handled a healthcare account and assisted patients and healthcare providers, such as doctors and nurses, for over four years. Prior to that, I also gained experience in other BPO companies for six months, handling the Taskrabbit account. My responsibilities included managing email support, phone handling, and chat support. Because of these experiences, I was able to practice my written and verbal communication skills, which I believe have made me more confident when interacting with clients.

I have basic knowledge of graphic design, including creating simple layouts and using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.

If you require me to learn a specific program for this job, I am confident that it wouldn't take long to train me. In fact, I could likely learn it on my own, as I have done with most programs I know now. I can assure you that I adapt quickly to any training or program the job requires. I am someone who requires minimal supervision once I’ve learned the ropes.
