Hello there! I'm Izzy and I am an experienced Medical Virtual Assistant supporting U.S. healthcare providers in OB-GYN and Urology practices.

Throughout my experience, I have provided consistent administrative and patient care support in fast-paced clinical settings. I have handled inbound and outbound calls, scheduled, rescheduled, and confirmed patient appointments. I am experienced in preparing and maintaining accurate patient charts, verifying demographics, insurance, pharmacy information, and the validity of their referrals.

I am proficient in eClinicalWorks and skilled in managing EMR documentation, uploading and organizing patient records, handling email, voicemail, and fax inboxes while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance. I have also coordinated patient communication regarding referrals, lab orders, and new patient paperwork, and followed up with no-shows and canceled appointments to maintain schedule efficiency.

In addition, I have worked closely with providers and onsite medical assistants to support daily administrative needs, and I have trained floaters and newly hired Virtual Assistants on VA standard workflows in OB-GYN.
